Where did all the Thin Mints go?

Cookie Mom keeps track of your troop's cookies, booths and pickups. Your co-leaders see the same numbers you do, and they update as soon as anyone makes a change.

Free for every troop. No credit card.

This is the ticket parents see when they book a pickup. Try it out. Nothing gets sent.

See your week

The home screen shows the booths and pickups coming up, how close you are to your season goal, and how much of each cookie is left.

Start a booth, receive cookies or hand out a pickup from the same page.

The Cookie Mom home screen: 660 of 2,500 boxes sold, a booth open now, the week's booths and pickups, and 756 boxes on hand.
The inventory shelf: cases and loose boxes of each cookie, with striped boxes for the ones out at an open booth.

Know what you have

Enter your cases when you pick them up. After that, the count changes on its own when boxes go out to a booth or a family, and when unsold boxes come back.

The striped boxes are out at a booth right now.

The pickup page on a phone: a 5:30 PM time picked, boxes added for each cookie, and the ticket docked at the bottom with a Book pickup button.

Families book their own pickups

Set the times you're available and how many families can come in each slot, then share one link or a QR code with your troop.

Parents pick a time and their cookies, and get an email they can use to change or cancel. They don't need an account. You get a list of who's coming and what to have ready.

The pickup queue: four families booked for Tuesday and Thursday evening, each with their cookies and a Picked up button.

Booth shifts

Plan each booth's shifts and see which ones still need a scout or an adult. A solid shift is covered; a striped one is still missing someone.

Turn on family sign-ups and parents can put their names on open shifts from a link. They get a confirmation email and can add the shift to their calendar.

The Booths page: a calendar with a booth on February 27 that needs people, and its timeline with the second shift striped.
Your view. The 11 o'clock shift still needs an adult.
The parents' sign-up sheet for the same booth: Marcus Tran has just written his name on the 11 AM shift.

Closing out a booth

When the booth ends, enter what came back and the money you took in, cash, card and Venmo. Cookie Mom works out what sold and tells you if the money is over or short.

It also splits the sales between the scouts who worked the booth.

A booth summary for Kroger on Main St: 160 boxes sold, $960 collected, 2 scouts.
The money for that booth: $384 cash, $516 in cards, $60 digital. Expected $960, collected $960, balanced.
The History page: every booth, pickup and delivery this season, with search, filters and totals.

The season's records

History lists every booth, pickup and delivery this season. Search it, filter it, and export it to a spreadsheet or print it when your service unit asks.

Free for every troop

Nothing is locked and there's no trial to run out. Invite as many co-leaders as you need. Cookies from both bakeries are included, with no limits on boxes, booths or families.

Cookie Mom costs a little to run (email and servers). When your first season wraps up, we'll ask if you'd like to chip in $20 for the season. It's one payment with a receipt for your troop's records, and it's up to you.

Questions

Is it really free?

Yes. Every feature works without paying, and nothing expires. If Cookie Mom helped your troop, you can chip in $20 for a season from Settings, under Billing.

Do parents need an account?

No. Only troop leaders sign in. Parents use the links you send them to book a pickup or sign up for a booth shift.

Which bakery's cookies are in it?

Both Little Brownie Bakers and ABC Bakers. You pick yours when you set up your troop.

Can my co-leaders use it too?

Yes, as many as you like. Everyone sees changes right away.

What if I lose signal at a booth?

Changes you make offline are saved on your phone and sync when you're back online. Adding people to your roster is the one thing that needs a connection.
